Ethan Kenvarg is the Founder of Neshe Consulting, a a boutique consulting agency specializing in all things apprenticeship. Neshe Consulting helps clients develop, implement, and expand effective workforce & education solutions, with specific expertise in Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs).
Previously, Ethan national operations and implementation strategy for Apprenti, helping launch some of the country’s first ever RAPs for tech jobs. He has engaged a wide variety of clients including Fortune 500 companies, state and federal agencies, and nonprofit organizations. As an apprenticeship ambassador, Ethan has addressed the Massachusetts House Committee on Labor and Workforce Development, and guest lectured at Stanford University’s d.school of Design Thinking. He has received awards from the Massachusetts Workforce Association, and his efforts were recognized by former Governor Charlie Baker and State Secretary of Labor Rosalyn Acosta.
